Our mission is to develop sustainable homeownership by utilizing real estate owned (REO) and foreclosed properties throughout the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area to benefit qualified homebuyers.

We realize that the current residential real estate market has created a complex situation that calls for the non-profit sector to step forward, assist the lenders that have an abundant supply of foreclosed properties within their portfolios, present a collaborative model for our jurisdictions in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan area to work with the non-profit sector, and create opportunities for qualified homebuyers to develop long-term financial success strategies through sustainable home ownership.
